Additionally, forms can be assigned a status, have file and photo attachments, then be turned into beautiful PDF documents that can be sent to customers. Custom forms offer the power to organize your information any way you need it, and keep all of that information accessible in your CRM. To use custom forms, make sure to enable them in your administration settings.
